TESTING CAPABILITY

EY Medical has passed ISO13485 quality management system certification and possesses advanced quality inspection equipment , which including

- scanning electron microscopy (SEM/EDS),

- fatigue testing machine,

- torque testing machine,

- image measuring instrument, etc;

We have a Grade 10 thousand Physical and Chemical Testing Laboratory, and possess testing capabilities such as

- microbiological testing,

- environmental testing,

- water quality testing, etc.

SURFACE TREATMENT

Our Advanced fully automatic surface treatment production line, which can perform various treatment processes on the surface of implants，such as

- Sandblasting Acid Etching surface treatment (SLA),

- Active Hydrophilic SLA surface treatment (SLActive),

- Micro Arc Oxidation (MAO),

- Nanoporous surface treatment, etc. .

- SLA surface treatment can be applied to grade 5 titanium;

- SLA surface treatment can be applied to ceramic implants.
