EY Medical has obtained the ISO 13485 Quality Management System Certification. It is equipped with advanced quality inspection equipment including Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM/EDS), fatigue testing machines, torque testing machines, and image measuring instruments. We also have a Class 10,000 physical and chemical laboratory, with testing capabilities covering microbial detection, environmental testing, and water quality testing.

EY Medical is equipped with an advanced fully automatic surface treatment production line, capable of conducting a variety of surface treatment processes on implant surfaces, including Sandblasted, Large-grit, Acid-etched (SLA), SLActive (hydrophilic SLA), Micro-arc Oxidation (MAO) and nanoporous surface treatment. It can perform SLA surface treatment on Grade 5 titanium implants, as well as on ceramic implants.

EY Medical owns a 1,500 m² Class 100,000 cleanroom, equipped with injection molding and mold manufacturing capabilities. We can provide a full range of clean and dust-free packaging consumables such as packaging bottles for various implants.
